YY-10 is a waterproof agent mixed with chemical catalysts, which has good durability and can withstand back water pressure of 0.004757 bar (49 millimeters of water column) within 24 hours. The waterproof mechanism of YY-10 is that the crystals in the concrete voids block the passage of water vapor. YY-10 produces a hydrophilic crystal that is insoluble in water. The crystal has a very high correlation with water. In pressurized or humid environments, the crystal absorbs water, rapidly expands, blocks concrete capillary pores, and prevents moisture from penetrating. YY-10's low viscosity allows for deep penetration without forming a film or changing color, while also having good waterproof properties.
